GFHR does not own or operate any of the properties listed on the platform. We do not inspect, endorse, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or condition of any home. Likewise, we do not guarantee the behavior, background, or suitability of any member.
No Liability
GFHR is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or incident that occurs in connection with a rental, listing, or member interaction—whether in person, online, or otherwise. This includes but is not limited to:
Property damage
Personal injury or illness
Financial disputes or losses
Cancellations or changes to a booking
Misrepresentations made by another member
Violations of local laws or regulations
You agree to use GFHR at your own risk.
Third-Party Tools & Payments
GFHR allows families to coordinate payment directly through third-party platforms (like Venmo, Wise, or Revolut). We do not process or facilitate payments, and we are not responsible for any issues that arise with these services.
Disputes Between Members
GFHR is not a mediator or arbitrator. We encourage respectful, direct communication between members to resolve any disagreements. In the case of a serious issue, we may offer general guidance or investigate potential policy violations—but we do not guarantee intervention or resolution.
Indemnity
By using GFHR, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your use of the platform.
6. Listings and Bookings
GFHR is not a home swap platform.
Families list their homes at a monthly rate—typically to cover costs—and others can book directly. No need to match dates or organize an exchange.
All communication, agreements, and payments are made directly between families using trusted third-party tools. GFHR does not process or handle any payments.
7. Cancellations & Disputes
All bookings made through GFHR are arranged directly between families. Any changes, cancellations, or disputes must be handled between the host and guest.
We encourage all members to:
Communicate promptly, clearly, and respectfully
Do their best to resolve any changes or concerns directly
Approach solutions in good faith and with flexibility
GFHR is not responsible or liable for cancellations, losses, disagreements, or any outcome related to booking changes or disputes between members. We do not mediate, facilitate, or enforce booking agreements.
In the case of a serious policy violation, members may report the issue for review under our community standards.
8. Privacy & Safety
Your privacy is important to us. GFHR does not sell your personal data and only uses your information to improve your experience on the platform.
Members are expected to:
Respect others' privacy
Never share or misuse personal or property information

GFHR is an invite-only community.
